Giza was a lead investor and played an active role in supporting the companies from initial stages until exit. Giza's added value is reflected by active board participation, assistance in strategy, recruiting senior management, capital raising and syndication with co-investors, introduction to potential customers, assistance in establishing joint venture with strategic partners as well as in exit formulation and implementation.
