Israel Venture Network is a venture philanthropy network of high-tech entrepreneurs
and business executives from Israel and the US. IVN focuses on solutions for the
social, educational and employment crises that jeopardize the ability of Israel's next
generation to succeed in the 21st century.

Tzeva sets up and operates, through volunteers, study and enrichment centers in
public schools across Israel. Every child is assigned a volunteer who helps him/her
prepare homework and study for exams. The volunteers are trained by Tzeva to
provide enrichment activities and serve as mentors for the children.

Tmura, non-profit Israeli Public Service Venture Fund was founded in 2002 through
the sponsorship of Israeli VCs to increase the involvement of the high-tech
community in philanthropic activities, with a focus on education and other youth
initiatives. Tmura receives donations of equity from Israeli and Israel-related high-
tech companies and upon a liquidity event, allocates the proceeds to education and
youth-related charities in Israel.
