GIZA generates deal flow through the extensive personal network of the team as
well as an intensive proactive search. The Fund implements a rigorous and disciplined investment process, based on proven guidelines and is the lead investor in the majority of the Fund's investments. Giza usually invests $300,000 - $7,000,000 per company in one or more rounds. The Fund also brings significant added value to its portfolio companies post-investment, through involvement at board level as well as providing active support in strategy, marketing, financial and personnel-related decisions. |
